ZHOE – Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase! However, if you're not satisfied:

Return Window

• You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

• A video recording of the package being opened is required to be eligible for return/refund due to damage, wrong product, or missing item.

Conditions for Return

• Item must be unused, with original tags and packaging.

• Damages caused after delivery are not eligible for return.

Refund Process

• Once the return is received and verified, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days via your original payment method.

Cancellations

• Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement or before dispatch—whichever comes first.
